Stress Steps…

Often times we want things but just aren’t willing to do the work it takes to get what we want. It is often then assumed that you must not really want it, if you’re not willing to do the work. I’ve found that people just enjoy what they’re use to most and doing something new an different, just isn’t worth it. UNTIL you realize it works! Well, that won’t happen unless you do it, step 1..and believe it WILL work step two. Without those two things, you mind as well keep the pattern of unwillingness.

This is one of my favorite people and I PROMISE this method works..ONLY if you if you work it! Release what you really don’t need..why hold on to it, if it hurts?
